This role spans growth, automation, and brand systems. Youʼll design how attention is captured, converted, and scaled using modern tools and workflows. Youʼll work directly with founders and core teams to build acquisition systems, communication frameworks, and processes that compound over time. What You Will Own : 

• Design and manage growth systems across content, distribution, ads, and lead
  generation

• Improve funnels across ads, landing pages, and conversion flows through continuous
  experimentation

• Test and refine positioning, messaging, and creative direction through fast iteration loops

• Build automation and workflows that reduce repetitive marketing and operational work

• Create scalable communication and brand systems across channels and audiences

• Work closely with founders, designers, and developers to execute growth initiatives
  end-to-end

• Use AI to accelerate research, strategy, and execution cycles

Requirements :

• 2+ years in growth, marketing, content, brand, or digital roles

• Strong understanding of funnels, messaging, and conversion

• Hands-on experience using AI tools in real workflows GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)

• Experience with automation tools Notion, Zapier, Make, Airtable, n8n, etc.)

• Strong writing and structured thinking ability

• Ability to work independently in fast-moving ambiguous environments
